Each camping payment includes either 1 Season Pass or 1 MCAS (Miami County Agricultural Society) Membership. The MCAS Membership allows you unlimited entrance into the fair, gives you voting rights during the annual election of the Board of Directors, and is required if you plan to run for a township position on the board. You must be a Miami County resident to be a MCAS member; ID is required for proof of residency. The Season Pass gives you 7 admissions into the Miami County Fair. Your pass can be picked up in the Secretary's Office by August 4, 2023 or at camping registration. All MCAS Memberships must be picked up no later than 5:00 pm, Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Golf Cart Permit

This year, the Miami County Fair will allow 75 campers to bring their own golf cart. One Golf Cart Permit is allowed per camping spot. Only golf carts are allowed; no side-by-sides, gators, etc. The fee is $200. To obtain a permit, you must be able to show proof of Liability Insurance and sign a Hold Harmless Agreement as well as a Golf Cart Permit Rule Agreement Contract. The first 75 campers who PAY their permit fee are eligible for a Golf Cart Permit.
