This form should be completed by all players interested in joining the Kingborough Lions United FC Youth Academy program in 2022.

We endeavour to make sure every player (in both the Academy and Development streams) gets a position in an appropriate Youth team.  To assist with planning we need all players to provide us with their playing intentions.  We may not be able to offer a place to players that have not indicated their interest -  and players who have already attended or expressed intentions will be given priority in youth team planning.

Assessment sessions for Youth Academy will be undertaken in the week commencing 17 January 2021with the Youth Tier 1 Season commencing in March.   Details will be provided to players that have completed this application and all players that participated in the first cycle of Season 2022 last term (Term 4 2021).  Note that our football year runs from Term 4 to the end of the following Term 3.

Note that age groups are calculated by the age of your child as at 1 Jan each year.
