PPS Lottery Offer Decline
Complete this form only if your student WILL NOT attend the school they were offered in the 2023-2024 Elementary School Immersion & Focus Option Lottery.

Declines must be received by May 5th, 2023, or your student will be automatically enrolled at their approved transfer school. Offers declined after May 5th may be required to go through the hardship petition process to return to their neighborhood school.

As of 5/22/2023 currently enrolled students have been rolled over to their approved transfer schools. Registrations received for approved transfer students will automatically be matched on name and birth date and roll over when registration is complete. To break a transfer and enroll in your neighborhood or previous school, please go to pps.net/schoolchoice and submit a hardship petition.
