- 1:1 Private training for injury prevention, post injury training, fitness/sports performance training
- Senior Mobility and Fitness Training (age 60 and above)
1) For those interested in improve movement quality at self-pace at home, self-motivated individuals, or able to meet your coach minimum once a week in-person or online for full single session.
2) Unlimited contact between you and your coach via email/Whatsapp.
3) 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, 48-hours on weekends with no restrictions on the amount of contact between you and your coach.
4) Your coach will monitor your weekly check-ins and make any necessary adjustments
Please make sure:
- You are or above 18 years of age
- You have a minimum of 6 months of any fitness/weight/exercise experience with no injuries or medical issues that prevent you from training (THIS APPLIES ONLY TO REMOTE COACHING APPLICANTS)
- You agree to follow the program 100%
- You can commit to a minimum of 3 months of coaching
Once you fill in the form, I will respond to you within 48 hours to arrange a 15 minutes Info session call for more questions before we begin our sessions.
Cancellation policy:
Client who do not show up for an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the total cost of the session unless otherwise stated by the provider. This fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled. Providing updates to any and all contact information is the sole responsibility of the client.
Package is to be utilise within 30 days from the first session.
