UESP 2023 Gift Mailing Form
Use this form to submit your mailing address to receive your free gifts from the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages (https://uesp.net) for the 2023 season! Note that all gifts are as supplies last.

1. A random collection of left over rewards from the 2023 Patreon Campaign. This includes a fleece blanket, magnets, UESP Cap, brass ornament, notepad, and stickers.
2. Four 9x12 prints of custom fan art

Make sure to enter any of your UESP related account names (wiki, forum, ESO guild @account, etc...) and an e-mail address so we can verify who you are and confirm that you qualify for the gifts.
