To register your wrestler(s) for Nebraska City Youth Wrestling for the 2022-23 season please fill out the form below. Registration fee ($60) will be due at the in-person registration night on Monday November 14th, 2022 at 6:30pm at NCHS East Commons.

I recognize and understand the activities that my child has enrolled in and will participate in.  I do hereby give my permission and consent for participation.  I do hereby absolve, release, and agree to hold harmless the Nebraska City Youth Wrestling Club, coaches, sponsors, leaders, assistants, volunteers as well as the Nebraska City Public Schools for liability claims in case of accidents to my child participating in this program.  I hereby grant permission for the participant name/s above to participate in the Nebraska City Youth Wrestling Club and understand and agree to all the conditions mentioned above.
