Here you will find the Wellness Activity that should be completed to earn your Reward Funds for the Health Plan

NH Interlocal Trust (NHIT), your health insurance provider, is bringing your Rewards HRA (rHRA) funding opportunity to you virtually. There are TWO steps that need to be completed to earn the maximum reward funds from NHIT. These rHRA Funds can help you pay for Medical/Prescription expenses associated with your Medical Plan (Deductible & Coinsurance):

    Step #1 - Watch the Open Enrollment - Health Plan Overview Video & Compete the Quiz

    Step #2 - Watch the NHIT Consumer Tools Video & Compete the Quiz

Once you have finished both steps, fill in your name and click "SUBMIT". A copy will be emailed to you for your record. You will earn $1000 for a Single Plan or $2000 for a 2-Person/Family Plan, which will be added to your Benefit Strategies account around the middle for the following month.

DEADLINE to complete this Activity is 45 days from your enrollment in the health plan. There will be no exceptions or extensions.
