 We are dedicated to creating an immersive experience that transcends the ordinary, bringing together aficionados, enthusiasts, and industry leaders to revel in the richness of cigar craftsmanship.

*Applications will be reviewed and you will receive an email confirming your acceptance. Payment info will be included in email. Should you have any additional questions please email sacigarculture@gmail.com or jessica@heysugar.cc.
By submitting this form you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations:
-Vendors are required to provide their own tables, extension cords, floor length table cloth and equipment for setup area.
-Vendors must be ready and fully set up by event start time and may not break down until the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise notified or confirmed by SA Cigar Festival or Hey Sugar.
-Electricity is not available, you must bring your own source.
-Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their cash, equipment, goods, inventory, supplies or any other property.

*By submitting this form, the Vendor releases SA Cigar Festival Staff, Hey Sugar, Beethoven Maennerchor and its agents, from any liability due to weather, breakage, theft, injury, illness, or bodily harm while at the event. The Vendor agrees to the rules and regulations of the SA Cigar Festival and Beethoven Maennerchor.
-Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. 
-Rainchecks may be an option due to inclement weather if specified by SA Cigar Festival.
