This form is to be used for parents to indicate their child is returning to school imminently. Please DO NOT use this for booking Key Worker provision (Kennerland Bubble), the form for that can be found here: https://forms.gle/7C2ZgT9FxsCXFU9p8

Please remember that the school may require a working week's notice before we can re-admit children into the permitted year groups in order to ensure the integrity of our bubbles (including for staff) is preserved.

This means that bookings taken up to a Sunday evening may not be able to start until the Monday of the following week if your request pushes your child's bubble over 15 children.

All requests are time stamped by Google when you press the Submit button and the school will allocate places stricly in accordance with that time order.

Once your child begins to attend, it is expected that they will attend full time (apart from Preschool) and for the remainder of the term. We will accept new starters on Mondays only, unless agreed beforehand by the Headteacher due to exceptional circumstances.

Is there anything else you need to tell us?

We will be in touch to confirm your child's start date at school. Please do not assume a place will be available until we have confirmed with you. This is because as our numbers increase, we will need to expand our bubble structure and this must be fully in place before new admissions can be accommodated.
