2023 Summer Intermediate Running Program Registration
Participants: Athletes going into Grades 6-8 in September 2023.

Program Day: Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 6 to August 3 

Program Time: 4:30-5:30pm

Program Location: CaraCo Field (Invista Centre)

Maximum Enrollment: 30

This program will offer development skills for running.

The purpose is to encourage life-long health and fitness and the love of the sport of athletics in a fun, supportive, and developmentally appropriate training environment. All athletes will be encouraged to focus on the FUNdamentals (endurance, speed, balance, coordination, and agility) while enjoying the benefits of running in an environment of group spirit and support.  

**There may be options for athletes to try other events based on coach availability throughout the summer.

Please ensure your athlete is dressed and prepared for each session including properly fitted footwear and water bottle.

All athletes in this program will receive a KTFC t-shirt with their registration.

Cost: $160

Fees are payable via e-transfer to kingstontfc@gmail.com only. We will not be accepting cash or cheque this season.
