Superintendent Q & A: Student Safety at BC

As the first quarter of the 2022-23 school year winds down, Superintendent Jody Monroe will host an in-person evening of questions and answers about student health and safety in the Bethlehem Central School District.

Parents and guardians K-12, as well as students in middle school and high school, are invited to attend. Middle school students should be accompanied by a parent/guardian. High school students are welcome to attend with or without a parent or guardian.

Superintendent Q & A: Student Safety at BC
  • Date: Tuesday, November 1, 2022
  • Time: 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Location: Bethlehem Central High School auditorium

The evening will include an overview of district student safety topics by Superintendent Monroe. School counselors, building administrators, school resource officers, and community mental health providers will also be on hand to answer questions related to topics including:

  • General school safety practices and proactive measures in the district
  • Student mental health resources in schools
  • Community mental health supports
  • Families as important partners in keeping students & schools safe

You can submit up to three questions. Due to time constraints, not all questions will be answered during the Q & A. Some questions may be combined or edited to adhere to the time schedule. If your middle school or high school-aged child has a question they would like to submit, please submit on their behalf. Please keep questions focused on the topics listed above.
