Turn in a ticket here for anything you need or want ordered for your event/ministry. Examples include banners, shirts, postcards, name tags, etc. Please include quantities and give as many details as possible. Omitting necessary details can (and will) slow down your process.

Before you Submit
Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for placing any premium orders (pens, caps, shirts, etc.) that do not require custom design. All orders MUST be approved by the Marketing/Communications department before placed. A digital proof will do. But due to the high volume of such requests, the Marketing department will no longer place your orders for premiums (shirts, mugs, caps, pens, swag…).
