2019 Park City Extreme Cup                             Stay & Play Accommodation Waiver
In accordance with the Park City Extreme Cup's Stay & Play policy, teams traveling 90 miles or more to the tournament (Travel Teams) must book accommodations through PCEC's Lodging Provider, Stay Park City. It is understood that occasions may arise which prevent some, or all, members of a team from adhering to this policy. In such instances, Travel Teams may submit a Stay & Play Waiver for some, or all, of the required room nights.  

A Stay & Play Accommodation Waiver will be granted for any of the following reasons:
               - Rooms were booked outside of Stay Park City services prior to April 15, 2019 (for 2019 only)
               - Team members own a second home or timeshare in the Park City area
               - Team members plan to stay with family or friends in the Park City area
               - Team members plan to camp or stay at an RV Park in the Park City area

Stay & Play Waivers must be filled out completely, to include hotel name, reservation confirmation numbers, and dates of stay (where applicable), or other verification details, by July 8.  NOTE: Teams requesting a partial waiver must still complete a Stay & Play Accommodation Report for the rooms they have booked.
