Time Slot Clarification (Check that you understand) *

The site rental is for TWO HOURS. This includes your set up and clean up time. You may arrive to your party site a couple minutes before your time starts but no more than 15 minutes before since the other party will be cleaning up. Please make sure you allow enough time for clean up as the next party will begin shortly after your party ends. Your party is allowed to stay and play longer or arrive to farm early (within our operating hours) but the two hour rental time is STRONGLY enforced. Please be respectful to the other parties and our staff and kindly only use your two hour time slot.

We have two party barns and the Pavilion (up-charge). Each party barn is covered and has six picnic tables. The pavilion is more secluded from the fun park and includes seating for 50. The pavilion can accommodate more than 50 but all we have is seating for 50. *

Party Barn

Pavilion Upgrade ($75 added to any party package). By renting the pavilion you agree to the $75 being added to any party package.

Bucket of Feed for the barnyard ($8 each). One bucket is enough for around 8-10 people. *

I do not want to add feed (you can always wait and add at ticket booth)

A nonrefundable deposit of $25 is due at the time of booking (once we confirm your day/time). Your party is not reserved until we receive a deposit. Please keep in mind that time slots are a first come first serve basis and book quickly. Please do not send invitations until you receive an email confirmation that payment was received. Final payment is due when you check-in at the farm and will based on who is invited. If applicable, refunds will be issued for those who do not show up. *

I understand that once my party date and time is emailed to me that it will only be held for 24 hours. If no deposit is made with that 24 hours,I will loose my party date.

Inclement Weather: We are an outside venue so please have a Plan "B" in case of rain. We will work with you in any way possible to reschedule your party if it is rained out. *

I understand that if it is the potential for inclement weather and Warbington Farms cancels and I can't reschedule, my $25 deposit will be refunded.
