Focus:
- uplifting marginalized voices and music
- learning the art of radio & broadcasting
- any music genres + talk-based show ideas
- meeting all CRTC & CJAM FM guidelines (we'll teach you!)

Eligibility Criteria:
- in need of technology
- identify as BIPOC or a member of a marginalized group
- interested in working within the radio broadcast/podcast medium
- living in Windsor, Ontario or surrounding areas

**No prior radio / broadcast / audio experience required **
