Employee Documentation
Objectives:

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to

(1) Understand the over-all employment framework, and on their own, draft a flow chart from hiring to firing.
(2) Identify milestones and transactions that will require employee documentation.
(3) Create a template/form, that will suite their organizations' requirements.

Some of my best take aways are standardizing the organization's documentation process,

"I really am grateful to the facilitator  for having the heart to share his knowledge & expertise to us aspiring HRinHR advocates.

The recent workshop I attended - Employee Documentation - proved to be an eye-opener of sorts to me because before the workshop, I only have years of HR experience just going through the motions so to speak, but without really understanding & appreciating the essence of the whole HR Operations.

During the workshop, I learned how proper documentation &/or the lack of it can make or break HR engagements. What I especially love about the workshop is how everything was presented in its simplest form- very easy to understand & can be grasped in such a short span of time. I also appreciate how Sir Sonnie & all of us get personal by sharing insights based on actual experiences therefore also creating a venue for getting to know one another, making friends, establishing networks, acquiring new/enhancing existing skills, building/increasing motivation, creating opportunities & in general, just learning while having fun.
