Help us understand the Sanders phenomena: A survey for Sanders supporters

EDIT: For the avoidance of doubt, this is a 100% unofficial survey. We're Sanders' supporters who want to generate useful information about campaigning for Sanders.

We're trying to understand how people come to support Bernie Sanders, and what Bernie Sanders supporters find works in talking to others about Sanders. Our purpose is to glean information that can be of use to campaigners and supporters of Bernie Sanders- research for action.

We believe that this project has the potential to be helpful to the Sanders campaign. For that to happen though, we need data. Please provide as much information as you can in your answers, and share this survey widely. We're aiming for 500 respondents but, in order to achieve that, we need you to share the survey as widely as you can.
