Business & Organization Registration Year Nine
This form is for Lonsdale and surrounding community businesses and organizations to register to be a part of the all new OURtownBusinessAwareness Program. Here is how it works:

1. Complete this form and submit prior to October 4
2. Your business will be added to all places where the 2020 registered businesses will be listed
3. You will receive a #tlcTogether sticker sheet
4. Educate your staff on what the program is and encourage them to encourage customers to scan code
5. No cost to register, we do ask for an auction item which we will need to pick up by October 13
6. At the end of the month we will be drawing prizes and will be able to let you know how many customers participated at each of the registered businesses.

The last item noted really shows the engagement factor that customers have with each registered business!

Submit forms by October 4 to be included in the list of businesses that customers will have to choose from when they visit your establishments.

Those that do not have a store front can also participate, we will supply those with the #tlcTogether scanner sheet, you will then supply it to your customers during your sales / meetings / services
