PREREQUISITES:
The nature of this training schedule requires participants to fully immerse themselves in the
study and practice of Hot yoga. Participants should be sincerely interested and ready to study
earnestly. You need to be in good health and able to move free of pain. We recommend that
prior to the course you have a regular hot yoga practice.
