ATCA Mentorship Program Expectations and Code of Conduct
The ATCA Mentorship Program is designed to advance the science and business of air traffic management through relationship building and the transfer of knowledge between seasoned aerospace experts and early- to mid-career professionals or those looking for a career change or to take the next step.

While mentorship includes getting to know each other on a personal level, this program is not to be used as talk therapy or as a means to recruit or obtain a job or a recommendation for one. *

Mentors and Mentees commit to meeting for 12 hours over the course of the year and can be divided in any way as agreed upon by both mentee and mentor. Meetings may take place virtually or in-person as mutually agreed. *

Mentor and Mentee time is equally valuable. Both will accommodate the scheduling needs of the other and work in good faith to fulfill or exceed the commitment. If I am not able to fulfill the requirements of one hour per month, I will let the ATCA staff know so that they may reassign my mentor or mentee. *

I commit to attending a virtual kick-off event and closing event (dates and details TBD). *

Mentors and Mentees must be ATCA members in good standing to participate. I will maintain membership through the entirety of the program year. For more information on membership, please contact ATCA Membership Manager Glenn Cudaback at glenn.cudaback@atca.org. *

I am open to participating in an interview/profile for the ATCA Bulletin, the association's monthly members-only e-magazine. *
