NYSSMA Piano 2020

All Blind Brook students may use this form to register for the 2020 NYSSMA Solo Festival for Piano. There is a separate form for the Band, Orchestra, Vocal and Jazz festival.

The Piano Festival will be held at Lakeland High School on June 5 and June 6, 2020.

Payment Required! *

A registration fee for each audition is required. The fees are collected by Blind Brook and paid as a singular check to NYSSMA. Fees for Piano Solos are $23 for Levels 1-4 and $31 for Levels 5-6. Registration is not complete without payment and all payments are non-refundable after submission regardless of reason for cancelling. All Payments must be sent through the paypal link at the completion of this survey. Payment may be made with a credit card or a paypal account.
