Pizza Order Form
Thank you so much for your interest in our Wood Fired Pizzas, we are SO excited for you try them!

We are offering local delivery for an extra fee based on your location.  Please be sure to include your address on this form and we will give you a quote. Your delivery time will be confirmed at noon on Friday.

Once I receive your order, you will receive an invoice via Quickbooks and payment will be due upon receipt.  

***Orders close every Friday at 12pm*** so that we can spend the afternoon prepping everything.  If it's after 12pm, please contact me and I'll let you know if can squeeze you in :)

At this time we can't accommodate walk-ins, but we hope to be able to do so in the near future.

Our pick-up address is: 8784 Highway 15, Carleton Place (if coming from Highway 7, you will find us on the left hand side, when you see the orange cones you can turn in. Please do not block the entrances, you can drive in one entrance, and exit the other).

When you arrive please text and when your order is ready, I will come out and deliver it to you: 343-998-8786.

If you would like to eat your pizza here, we have 2 covered picnic tables for you! We are a dog-friendly establishment and even have treats for your doggies!

Please note that if there is enough demand for gluten-free pizza we will gladly offer it, but please note that we wont' be able to accommodate you if you're celiac as there is LOTS of gluten flying around the kitchen when making pizza.
