Volunteer Registration

Hat Fair Festival runs from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 July 2021 in Winchester, Hampshire. Due to the ongoing pandemic this year's festival will be a little different from past Hat Fairs; the whole festival will take place at North Walls Recreation Ground, be ticketed, and have a limited capacity. This will definitely add to Hat Fair 2021's uniqueness.

As a volunteer you will:
- Help deliver the UK's longest running festival of Outdoor Arts.
- Gain valuable festival experience.
- Meet artists from across the world.
- Be provided with support for any special requirements.
- Be part of a fun, sometimes mad and always unique festival!

As a volunteer you will need to:
- Be aged 18 or over. Unless part of an externally supervised team (e.g. scouts, college).
- Be approachable, friendly and responsible.
- Report any problems (such as hazards or build-up of litter).
- Work alongside medical, fire safety and security teams.
- Follow our Lost Children procedure.
- Report and record lost property.
- Be prepared to fulfil the shifts you agree to.
