Here at RISE YOUTH, we endeavor to provide the most inclusive and safest spaces as we possibly can for both our leaders and students. The part your child plays in this is to make sure they are being as safe as they can, and not being a danger to themselves or others.

At RISE YOUTH we have one rule that we believe achieves this goal, and that is RESPECT.

We RESPECT each other:

• when someone else is talking we listen, especially when a LEADER asks us.
• When we are playing a game we play by the rules and follow instructions, especially when a LEADER asks us.
• When we are asked to not do something we stop, especially when a LEADER asks us.

If a student isn't able to RESPECT these rules and can't be safe (for example, listen to instructions) then the student may have to miss out on the activity or game. The student will be given an opportunity to return to the activity or game. However, if RESPECT is not appropriately shown, the youth pastor/ leaders will contact the child's parent/guardian to come to pick their child up.
