Thank you for your interest in the upcoming UH Master Gardener Volunteer Program on Kauaʻi!
The purpose of this program is to build horticultural expertise in interested volunteers using relevant, science-based horticultural information, and to conduct community outreach using the knowledge learned to support the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) cooperative extension services in promoting sustainable gardening practices and environmental stewardship in our communities.
The
2025 training course will be conducted at the Kauaʻi Agricultural Research Station in Wailua, meeting weekly from the beginning of February until the beginning of May. There will be a graduation ceremony after the course, with the date To-Be-Determined.
In case Covid or other extenuating circumstances prevent in-person meeting the courses will be held via Zoom and hands-on activity kits will be available for pickup.
The Kauaʻi Agricultural Research Station is located at 7370-A Kuamoʻo Road, Kapaʻa, HI, 96746.
