I understand that this form is to inform the WGSA of our team's INTENT to play for planning purposes.  This form will hold a spot in the league until 8/15 when it will be necessary for me to complete the official online registration form that includes the payment of $220 ($120 of that is a deposit that will be returned as long as the terms of the deposit are followed).  If the official registration is not completed by 8/15, my spot in the WGSA Fall League is not guaranteed until it is completed. *
