Louisville Bitchcraft 2019 Booth Application

We welcome artists who identify as female and/or non-binary to apply, as well as couples with at least one artist fitting the criteria of female or NB. We also allow for booth sharing/splitting in the interest of your budget & shopping variety! If you are sharing a booth, please specify in the "special requests" field.

Spaces are $100. Please provide your own table (up to 8') & cloth (we have a preference for black, pinks & purples - but it's merely an aesthetic recommendation!)

A cash concession bar inside the exhibit hall will be in operation for lunch. If you are unable to leave your booth unattended, our team would be happy to cover your booth for you!

We've invited attendees to come dressed in costume and trick-or-treat with vendors who opt in. Let us know if you'd like to participate by offering some tiny freebies or candy at your booth!

Would you like to have your table placed next to someone else's? Will you require any assistance from our volunteers for bathroom breaks or food runs? Let us know!

Please submit only if you are able to secure your booth payment within 2 weeks/14 days of applying - UNLESS you directly specify to bitchcraft@creativecoven.haus that you require an extension! Provide an alternative date for your deadline and we will honor it to the best of our ability - with a little spell & communication, that should not be a problem!
