Consultant Care
Need help with something technical in your consultant back office? Or with an order? You will need to call Consultant Care (for immediate needs) or submit a ticket through the Need Help button (this can take 72 hours) - they will be the only ones who can "see" your back office info - your upline has no access to this info and cannot make changes to or on your personal account. If you run into challenges after you've called, please connect with your upline if you need additional assistance and we can do a 3 way call and call back in. The number is in the upper right corner of your consultant office. 1-866-450-7499
Ask Nora
Can't find what you need in the resource? Go into your consultant office - on the far right find Ask Nora at the top. This is Norwex google - type in the topic and search to see if you can find the answer.
Team Tenacious Facebook Page
Use the search feature on the Team Tenacious group page - type in the topic you are looking for help on - you will see every post that includes that topic that has been posted in the past.
