This brand new Channel 5 series follows tenants in social housing who are looking to swap their homes. It will show how people are changing their lives by changing their postcode. In every episode tenants across the UK search for their ideal property, going on a series of viewings to find and hopefully agree an exchange.

It’s possible to swap council homes or social housing across the UK if you can find someone who wants to swap. You could be dreaming about a move across the country or just down the road, or thinking about downsizing or upsizing. Whatever it might be, if you live in council property / social housing and are interested in exploring a swap, we’d love to talk to you.
