Would you be willing to help mount artworks and then staple to a strip of railboard? This could be completed at home in the weeks leading up to arts night. Materials could be picked up and dropped off at the front office for your convenience.

Would you be willing to help set up the Glow Gallery at least a week before Arts Night? There is one artwork from each student in the school that will be hung up.

Arts Night is May 14th, from 5:30-7. If you'd like to volunteer during the night of the event, please select any of the tasks below that you'd be willing to help with:

Helping with setup before 5:30pm (hanging art, setting up chairs, carrying instruments, etc.)

Assist in the Art Room Maker Space (maintaining art materials & craft stations)

Help Ms. Emma with music performances (managing students, instruments, & transitions)

Volunteering in the library with Ms. Audel, where sculptures will be on display

Popping and distributing popcorn to families

Assisting at the front entrance (managing the photo op, answering questions, etc.)

Helping take down some of the art displays after the event ends at 7pm

Helping carry instruments from gym to the music room after the event ends at 7pm

I am not interested in volunteering during the event
