This course will provide hands-on training in computational techniques for the integration of single amplified genome (SAG) data in studies of microbial ecology and evolution. It will be held at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences in East Boothbay, Maine, USA on April 3-9, 2022. There will be an optional software carpentry workshop held remotely from 12-4pm EST on March 8 - 11, 2022 for participants who would like to review computing basics beforehand.
To ensure the best experience by Course participants, and due to logistical constraints, the number of students will be limited to 20. All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and a negative PCR or antigen test within three days before arrival. Before registering for this Course, you must first apply to attend. Once the Organizing Committee has accepted your application, you will be asked to register and pay the registration fees.
