2024-2025 Curbside Registration
Please complete this form if you will be picking your student(s) up through our curbside DISMISSAL line in the AFTERNOON.  Two curbside numbers placards will be given to each family. Please only share these placards with people who will be picking your child up from school. They will hang from your rearview mirror. If you need additional placards, or you misplace your placard, a two dollar fee will apply.

We will not be checking identification for the individuals with the pass and will assume that if they have the pass they have permission to pick up your child(ren) any day after the 3:30 bell.

It will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the safekeeping of the curbside placard.  The school will not be responsible for collecting passes from individuals if the guardians no longer wish for an individual to pick up their child(ren). If you no longer wish for someone to have your pass, it is your responsibility to get the pass back from them.

You DO NOT NEED to complete this form if you only use curbside for drop off in the morning or if you are only going to use curbside a few times a year. New curbside placards will be issued on "Meet the Teacher Day", August 5, 2024 in the cafeteria. It is imperative that you stop by the cafeteria on August 5th to pick up your placards.   If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our school at (540) 825-9484
