IAR Khatm Night and Eid Prayer 2025 Volunteer Form
Assalamu Alaikum. We are excited to be hosting Khatm Night and Eid Prayer at the Jim Graham Building this year! 

Please fill out this form if you are interested in volunteering at these events on the night of March 28th and the day of March 30th. We request that you be 16 year or older to volunteer!

Please Review the Following for Khatm Night: 
1. Prior to Isha, we will complete the following tasks: moving/lifting, painters tape on the venue floor, caution tape of the venue floor, and any other set-up prior.
2. From Isha to Post-Taraweeh, we will complete the following tasks: assisting in ushering in congregants into the venue for taraweeh, and any other tasks needed!

Please Review the Following for Eid prayer: 
Applies to all shifts:
- Assisting in ushering congregants in and out
- Distribution of water
- Brief clean up before the shift if needed.
1. Specific to Prep and first shift, we will complete the following tasks: check on the status of the lines/set-up and address issue. Any other set-up prior. 
2. Specific to Last shift and clean up, we will remove the tape, decorations, load the trucks, and return the venue into its original condition.
