Please fill out this form to request a referee from the CARFU Referee Society. Be sure to include all requested data, or your request may not be processed. 

If you want to request referees for multiple matches at once, fill in the required fields for your first match. Then use the multiple matches field to provide the dates, times, locations, and opponents for the rest of your schedule. 

After a referee is assigned, you will get an email with the referee's name and contact info. The club must contact the referee at least three days before kickoff to confirm the match details. Referees who are not contacted will inform the Assignment Officer, who may then assign the referee to a different match.
