Challenge Course Reservation Inquiry
Please read through this form and complete all prompts as accurately as you can. Our Challenge Course coordinator will contact you to confirm a date and time that works for your group. Please note that we have limited staffing and to guarantee a reservation a form needs to be filled out 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. Inside of 2 weeks we will do our best to get staff there but cannot guarantee it. Do not hesitate to call SUU Outdoors at 435-865-8704 with any questions that cannot be answered by our website.
