First Flight Ballmarker Order Form
Ballmarkers are 1" copper rounds, 1/8" thick.   Base price per marker will be $10 (unpainted).

 - extra $2 for painted logo (it's just tedious to paint multiple colors, helps cover my time and paint).  
- custom paint colors are available upon request, including single color logo, DM Jeff_M on the Refuge.  If you do want the logo to just be a single color, I can waive the paint fee.

Shipping will be flat rate $4 if I'm unable to hand off in person.  If you strictly don't want shipping and would prefer that I hold on to the marker until a golf meetup, please let me know in the last question of the form.

You may provide your shipping address here.  If you prefer that I hold on to the marker and want to get it in person at a golf meetup, you can say that here.  As of now, I am planning to be in attendance at each of the FF majors. Shipping is flat rate $4, that's just what USPS charges, unfortunately I can't send these with a normal stamp in a letter envelope.
