ASI is continuing to monitor the status of the COVID-19 pandemic, and has developed a tiered system of COVID-19 mitigation measures/policies that are determined by community case counts and participant vaccination rates. These policies are now available on our 2022 COVID-19 Policies page (https://atlantasuzuki.org/covid-19-policies) and all participants will be notified of the required tier of mitigation policies prior to arrival at ASI.

ALL final balances must be paid in full by May 20, 2022. Any unpaid balances after this date will accrue a $50 late fee. Due to commitments to faculty and travel plans, full refunds (less the non-refundable registration fee, are available up to May 20, 2022. Applicants who withdraw after May 20, 2022 will forfeit all fees. If you register after May 20, 2022, and decide to cancel your registration, all fees are forfeited.

There will be no refunds for participants who cannot attend due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or infection, but participants may have the option to receive credit toward participation in the 2023 Atlanta Suzuki Institute. This refund policy applies regardless of how COVID-19 directives might change.

Due to the unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the unlikely event that 2022 Atlanta Suzuki Institute events are cancelled by the ASI administration, ALL registration and course fees will be refunded in full. The Atlanta Suzuki Institute is not responsible for the cost of any travel arrangements should events be cancelled.
