TRAVEL INFORMATION FOR INBOUND STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN A ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE TRIP ORGANIZED BY BELO.
If you are participating in two tours, complete the form for each tour (twice).
This form should be completed by the Inbound Student. It must be completed at least 10 days ahead of the departure date.
If you have not already purchased your flight:
- We highly encourage you to select a direct flight if possible.
- If a direct flight is not possible, ensure there is at least a 2.5 hour layover between your flights. This will increase the chance you have time to catch your second flight, even if the first flight is delayed.
To complete the form you will need the following information. Collect it before beginning and make sure to accurately enter the email addresses; errors will require you to resubmit the entire form.
- The Belo trip name and dates
- Flight details for your flight to and from the start & end point of the tour
