Complete this simple form to notify the Camp's Food Service staff of any food allergies or special needs no later than two weeks out from your arrival at camp! When you arrive at camp, please check in with the Kitchen staff to review your food allergy or special dietary needs. We will have some alternate food items available at camp. If necessary, you may be required to bring your own food.

This form must be completed TWO WEEKS prior to arrival at camp in order for the accommodation to be made!

*Note: The kitchen staff will not prepare special foods brought by individual participants!
