Hello,
William / Bill Knapp was an instrumental part of the music scene in CT starting in the 1970s. He was in CIA, 76% Uncertain, superfallingstars, singing bridges, and numerous musical projects. He was also the sound man at the Anthrax in Stamford & Norwalk and at The Beat in Port Chester, NY. He recorded and mixed music in his mother's basement in Stratford and at our house in Waterbury, CT.
William collected and purchased a lot of music equipment, etc. over the years. I still have 76% Uncertain amps, speakers, etc, some working, some not. The basement is PACKED with stuff; drums, drum parts, cables, recording equipment, mixers, speakers, monitors, amps, and more. We also purchased backline equipment for Popfest! New England shows that we produced from 2004 - 2010.
I am compiling PDFs of the equipment for sale, which will be posted on my website. I will also be hosting a Bill Knapp Estate Sale on Saturday, March 15 from 12 - 5pm. This will be the anniversary of his passing in 2022.
IF YOU WANT AN INVITE to the Estate Sale in Waterbury, CT:
PLEASE list your name, phone # and email address. I will send an invite with the address.
Thank you,
Christine Jewell
