Thank you very much for volunteering.  We wouldn't be able to run this program without you!

Please use this form to request a field and time for your team to practice.

Due to Covid restrictions and an AAPS-mandated need to facilitate contact tracing, each team will be allowed one practice of one hour duration a week. There are no indoor practice options.

Practice session times will be limited to 4:30 - 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
