By continuing, the brand must agree to the following quality guidelines for Instagram Direct:

✅  Brand must respond to all messages sent by users within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt during regular service hours of operation

✅ Brand should try to resolve any inquiry within IG Messages rather than requesting that a customer call a service phone number or directing the customer to any other support channel.
