Submission approval process
Your submission will be subject to review and approval. We will review each submission against the content requirements on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, your content will be posted in the Community Section of the relevant state or jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to reject your submission if it does not meet any of the above requirements or for any other reason in our sole and absolute discretion (but exercised reasonably). We will refund your fee if your submission is rejected.
We will notify you via your nominated email address when your submission has been approved or rejected. We will aim to approve submissions as soon as reasonably practicable but approval times may vary.
Do I need to pay to post content on the Website?
Yes, paid posts only. To ensure the quality of content on the Website, a one-time upfront fee will apply for posting content on the Website. The fee depends on how long you want to promote your content for. We offer the following packages:
- 1 month promotion (USD 4.00)
- 6 months promotion (USD 20.00)
- 1 year promotion (USD 35.00)
Fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- Your submission is rejected; or
- The refund is otherwise required by law (e.g. breach of Australian Consumer Law).
We may adjust fees at any time having regard to the demand for and available space on the Website. However, fees that have already been paid will not be affected.
How will my content be displayed on the Website?
If approved, your content will be posted in the Community Section in the profile of the relevant state or jurisdiction as follows (with placeholders):
- [Title of content with hyperlink] ([date of content as dd-mm-yyyy]): [summary]. (Contributed by: [your name with hyperlink to your social media] or [anonymous])
Content will be listed in order of promotion period: 1-year promoted content ranks above 6-month promoted content which in turn ranks above 1-month promoted content. Where two pieces of content are of the same promotion duration, the earlier submitted content will rank higher.
Your content will be removed immediately upon expiry of its promotion period.
Can I post content for self-promotion purposes?
Yes, you may advertise your own content as long as it meets the above content requirements. However, we will not accept direct links to your personal profile, business website, product pages etc (e.g. you may not directly advertise your LinkedIn profile, but you may advertise a LinkedIn article on AI regulation that was authored by you).
Can I post content produced by other people? Do I still need to pay?
Yes, you can, but the same fee (as set out above) will apply. You will also need to ensure you have the relevant authorisations or permissions from the original author. Given these requirements, it might be easier that you just submit your own original content.
From time to time, we may post content of our own choosing into the Community Section. Such content are generally selected for their exceptional educational value. "Creator's picked" content will be denoted with the "👍" emoji.
