Based on the provisional booking requests from all parents, we will then be able to see which bookings we can accommodate.

Usually places are simply first come first served. Unfortunately during COVID restrictions, this will not be possible. Places now have to be prioritised according to the families requiring the most amount of sessions each week and the year group bubbles with the highest demand. This is due to the very limited spaces due to bubble restrictions.

This is due to limited space. Children will be grouped in year group bubbles and socially distanced. This means we have had to reduce the number of spaces we are able to offer. Year group bubbles with the highest demand for childcare have been prioritised. Unsuccessful bookings will be placed on a waiting list. We have not been able to offer childcare to Reception, Year 1, Year 3 & Year 6 - unless they have a sibling from Year 2, Year 4 or Year 5 who is booked into the same session.

Unfortunately, we will not currently be able to take bookings for Reception children, unless they have a sibling from Year 2, Year 4 or Year 5 who is booked into the same session. This will be reviewed with the school at the end of October.

Due to additional costs, our prices have gone up more than they usually would have. We have kept the 10% sibling discount in place to help families with more children. Please note that session prices will be reviewed and potentially adjusted each half term (rather than annually) as Covid restrictions and guidelines change.

Approved bookings will be processed through our iPal booking site. Any credit you have on your account can be used towards a booking. You can also request credit to be withdrawn by emailing us.

We have not chased any outstanding balances during lock-down.
If you have an outstanding balance this is still due & payable, and will be factored in to your new booking. This includes balances from our previous booking system (Childcare-Online Booking CoB) which may not have bee added to your new account before lock-down due to our staff being furloughed.
