COVID-19 and Privately Protected Areas, A Survey
The novel coronavirus has affected all aspects of society in unprecedented ways, and protected areas, including PPAs, have been no exception. The following questionnaire has been prepared to help the IUCN World Commission for Protected Areas (WCPA) analyze and understand the impacts of the pandemic on protected areas and the measures that are being taken to address these, and to identify future opportunities for protected areas in the post-COVID-19 era. A similar questionnaire is being sent to statal protected area agencies. It should take less than 15 minutes to complete. The responses to the questionnaire will be analyzed with data from other surveys and no individual or organization will be identified in reporting. The results will be presented at the IUCN World Conservation Congress and will be available to you.

Please submit your responses by 27 July 2020.

Thank you very much in advance for making the time to respond to this questionnaire and for your contributions.
