FONA Winter Festival Vendor Application
Fill out this form if you are interested in being a vendor at FONA's Winter Festival on Saturday, December 10th. This event will include a holiday market, Christmas tree sale, and family activities. FONA will review your application and let you know if you've been accepted for this sale.  

We are accepting applications through November 13th.

Event Details:
  • This event takes place at the U.S. National Arboretum on Saturday, December 10th from 10 AM to 4 PM.
  • Registration fee is $75 for each 10' x 10' space reserved.
  • FONA also asks for 10% of your sales.
  • No power will be provided.
  • Please bring your own canopy, tables and chairs.
  • ALL CANOPIES MUST BE ADEQUATELY WEIGHTED!
  • Each business will be responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax to the District Columbia according to the applicable rules and regulations.
  • Upon acceptance, vendors will need to provide FONA with a copy of their business license and a certificate of insurance.
