ASCE YMF Golf Tournament Volunteer Sign-Up
Sign up to be a volunteer at this year's 10th annual golf tournament on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Callippe Preserve Golf Course in Pleasanton!

This golf tournament raises money to support student outreach performed through the ACE Mentor San Francisco Bay Area Program, and the leadership and professional development of ASCE Younger Members.

As a volunteer, you will receive:
- Free snacks and drinks
- Free lunch
- 1x free raffle ticket
- Opportunity to network with other Bay Area professionals

COVID policy
No masks are required on the course or on the outdoor patio. Guests are required to wear masks indoors even if you are vaccinated.

Volunteer Stations/Shifts
Here are the various stations/shifts you can volunteer:

Registration: Set up registration tables, check in golfers as they arrive.
Lunch: Set up lunch.
Hole 3: Set up canopy, table, chairs at Hole 3. Serve golfers beer from keg as they arrive (must be 21+)
Hole 6: Set up canopy, table, chairs at Hole 6
Hole 12: Set up canopy, table, chairs at Hole 12. Serve golfers beer from keg as they arrive (must be21+)
Hole 13: Set up canopy, table, chairs at Hole 13.
Post Tournament: Set up raffle prizes and awards for ending ceremony.
Photographer: Take photos throughout the event. Hole #1 is where we will take team photos.

Circle Game at Hole 13:
On the day of the tournament, Callippe will paint a 15' diameter circle around the hole on hole 13. Golfers arriving at the tee box will have the option to play the circle game. If they want to play they put in $5 that goes to the winning pot. The winning pot is split so that half goes to ASCE/ACE and the other half is split among all the golfers who's tee shot ended up inside of the drawn circle. The person at the hole will be collecting the money, and making sure that the golfer's shot does end up within the circle.

Depending on how many volunteers we get, we may ask you to cover your station/shift the entire time or move you around depending on the need.
