LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Participants will gain essential knowledge and practical skills necessary to navigate the complexities of recruitment, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance, managing out-of-class and acting assignments, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements, and adhering to working role expectations.

Participants will also explore the legal frameworks and best practices surrounding the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the responsibilities of Disaster Service Workers. The course will further address key management responsibilities including Performance Management, addressing Nepotism, cultivating positive Workplace Behavior, and implementing effective Telework policies.
