3月5日（火）に開催される東北大学統合日本学センター主催の開設記念講演会への参加申込書です。参加を希望される方は、この「参加登録フォーム」に必要事項をご記入のうえ、3月1日（金）までに送信してください。 講演会前日までに、事務局からご登録いただいたアドレス宛てに、対面での会場の情報や、オンライン参加に必要なパスワードなどの情報をお送りさせていただきます。なお、当日オンラインで配信される、講演会の画面の撮影や録画、録音はご遠慮いただきたく、ご協力をお願い申し上げます。皆様のご参加を心よりお待ち申し上げております。
