1. Do you approve Mary Ellen Stanton (President-Elect) to serve on the Board of Trustees for a 3-year term, ending concurrent with the Annual Meeting in 2023? (If Mary Ellen is elected, she will serve as President-Elect for the first year, President for the second year, and Past President for the third year of her 3-year term.) *
2. Do you approve Katie Borders (Trustee) to serve on the Board of Trustees for a 3-year term, ending concurrent with the Annual Meeting in 2023? *

Per the Ethical Society of St. Louis Constitution and Bylaws (last amended December 8, 2013):
1.4 An Active Member shall pledge and contribute annually to the Society according to each Active Member's means and with a commitment to help sustain and grow the Society.
